TAXES AND VAT
Talisman Stones Co. is a renowned supplier/retailer of luxury jewelry to clients all over the world. The fact that we also service clients outside Israel means that there will be taxes and VAT charges levied on products shipped to you if you do not live here.
These charges vary according to the country you reside in. That is why it is important for you to always confirm with the relevant tax officials in your country about import taxes, import duties and any other fees you may be charged. This will help you avoid a lot of inconveniences that may arise from having your orders delivered.
Other than VAT and taxes, other fees may be levied on your order. Some of these fees include;
- Warehouse Fee
In case you fail to pay the relevant customs taxes and VAT, your order may be withheld by the customs officials and taken to their warehouses. This is referred to as customs warehousing.
Now for you to clear your shipment from the warehouse, you will be required to pay a fee. This fee is what is known as a warehouse fee.
- Security Surcharge
This is a fee that is charged imposed to cover additional security measures that are put in place for your order.
NOTE: These are not all of the fees that may be charged on your order. There may be more levies incured depending on your country of residence. That is why again, it is good to have a chat with the officials before ordering from Talisman Stones Co.
Our Policy
Talisman Stones Co. is not responsible for any taxes and VAT charged on any of our clients products. Furthermore, if you product is seized at customs over vat tax or other duties, Talisman Stones Co. will not be held to account/solve the issue. It is the responsibility of the client to pay any charges levied on the goods they order from the Talisman Stones Co. website.
