The cell phone problem.

Over recent times most teenagers have been using cell phones in various avenues.

Mobile phones cause stress, lack of sleep disturbance and symptoms of depression, especially to young adults. In fact, adolescents are four times more likely to have both internalized and externalized mental complications because of the reaction that might access on this social media platform (Hébert, et al. p.67). Statistics indicate that over 50% of mobile uses a 33% of them are youth who have an addictive activity to this mobile phone platform like Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, telegram, Snapchat, WhatsApp, among others (Ford, Kelsey Lynett, et al.p.14). Teens who’re spent most of the time with cell phones are likely to suffer from depression and anxiety due to exposure and engagement with tobacco and cigarette users. The essence of this proposal is to come up with a strong argument that harmful substances like handling personal electrical devices should only be legal for adults over the age of 18 years.

Teenagers in strong set in present tense using a cell phone from the 1980s following the favors against the support acting out abnormally to what the response of the teenagers who pay travel attention to the feedback they get from reacting to what other peers have posted on social media.

Dangerous to both body and mind the use of cell phones affect most young. Acting like we don’t care will affect this generation.

Dangerous and damages

Smartphone endangers physical health and mental development thus should not be in the hands of children. Detrimental effects of the development of brain issues due to the influence of alcohol and drugs on social media platforms affect most of the young children resulting to the effect of synapse connection, cognitive development, decision making, and overall destructions. Young children will tend to have similar impacts of smoking due to the influence they get on this platform hence causing anxiety and depression. Over 900 teenagers find themselves in a vivid picture of social media platforms that affect the mental issues of cohorts (Grinols, Anne Bradstreet, and Rishi Rajesh.p.90). However, mobile phone makes children a targeted attack on theft and bullying activities online.

This actual physical danger that emerge as a result of using mobile phone at a young age may affect a child mentally and physically. These naked pictures found on social media platforms cause metal corrosion hence impacting teens with a sexual urge(Birks, Laura, et al.p.123) The images that teenagers access on social media may affect them mentally hence resulting in depression.

Yes, social media has its negativity but working together as a community by encouraging each other to make good use of mobile phones will create more benefits than depression and anxiety to society.

What matters? Smartphone usage at a young age resulting in anxiety and depression

Academic effects

Smartphones and dangerous intellectual development should be kept away from school-age children. All students are required to be at school until the age of 18 years so that they can be allowed to access the mobile phone to avoid distraction during the learning thus creating Academic achievement (Orben, Amy, Tobias Dienlin, and Andrew K. Przybylski.p.116). The use of mobile phones while at school makes most of the students lose focus and attention while in the classroom.

The excessive usage of mobile phones affects the intellectual and mental health of learners. A lot of time that is spent on social media results to lack of enough time to spend on healthy activities such as physical exercise.

The best solution to these mobile phone issues is to create time and have a rest to prevent us from overworking. Finding time to interact with our families and friends will prevent us from getting depressed and avoid learning different cultures from other communities.

Causes of stress and conflict

Children should be protected from stress and conflict caused by having access to a mobile phone at a young age. Smartphone damages the relationship between parents and children and the mental health of all participants both the parents and children (Smart Social, 2019). A parent should have to monitor electronic exposure of their children to avoid conflict and stress that is caused by excessive exposure to this electronic device.

To others social media frightened, to my mobile phone is a good device and a means of communication. Self-esteem and behavioral changes are some of the issues that affect most people who spend half of their time following up on online issues on social media platforms.

Environmental impacts

Putting an age restriction on phone ownership protects the environment and creates a healthy planet. Besides, the average person who replaces their mobile phone after 2 years increase the corrosion of up to 125 Megatron of cabins due to the disposed of the used phone.

The disposal of used mobile phones results in soil pollution. Furthermore, the manufacturing industry of mobile phone relies on toxic chemicals that pollute the environment. This harmful substance causes health issues resulting in respiratory issues like bronchitis and cancer.

Disposal of used mobile phones pollutes the environment. It results in soil and air pollution is used in mobile phones.

Conclusion

Only adults above 18 years should be allowed to possess a mobile phone since they are capable to face any environmental consequence that may arise as a result of mobile phone use. Adults require mobile to play a game such as candy crush, Mario cart, among others. The phone should be used in a positive way to pass information from one person to the other. Regulating mobile phone usage to the teen will enable them to avoid health-related issues as a result of excessive mobile phone usage. Smartphone endangers physical health and development and should not be in the hands of children. Detrimental effects of the development of brain issues due to the influence of alcohol and drugs on social media platforms affect most of the young children.
