The Coca Cola Company

The Coca Cola Company is always looking for new ideas to stay in the market and maintain its competitiveness. For this reason, it gives significant support to distribution channels, stimulates its sellers through awards, promotions, and supports clients in activities. Also, they ensure that their customers keep the company within competitiveness. They do so by obtaining the most information from them, and many times they put the company in attention for new product introductions.

Concerning the latter, I would suggest that the company bring new products to markets where they are not present. Introducing a new drink in different regions is not an easy task. However, the company should be committed to sending thousands of units to cities and towns where they have not had a presence. For example, if they take 5,000 units of Coca-Cola in its lemon flavor edition to a town in any country where it had never been introduced, their earnings would surely increase. In Africa, for instance, the lemon flavor is only produced and distributed in South Africa. Regarding mass communication, I would suggest that the company continue investing in advertising, particularly their emotional campaigns that continue to connect with consumers.

Coca-Cola is also faced with the task of reaching multiple markets. I would propose that the company contemplate stepping into the food market. Coca-Cola needs to introduce new products in snacks and food segments like Pepsi’s Lays and Kurkure. This can contribute to an increase in their revenue, and they can branch out from carbonated beverages.
