They are put in place to guide the policies and regulations that are used to protect the employees working in the hospitality industry in case of accidents and injuries at their workplaces. These benefits are mostly issued out in monetary terms. The amounts are given to the employees whenever injuries and accidents befall them. They are to be reimbursed in terms of how the employee has been affected by the accident. This benefit is to cushion the employees and return them to their initial state before the accident occurred.
