Project Deliverables and Stake Holder Requirements
The firm’s deliverables will include food services, including a breakfast sandwich that is a combination of pancakes and savory of cheese, sausage, and eggs. Baked apple pies, egg muffins, among other products, will be provided as per the objectives of the Project. For employees, the company will be required to provide fair compensation and equal opportunities for career development. The customer’s perception will be the firm’s priority. In terms of the investors, their interests lie in the growing revenues and profitability. To the community, there will be support provided to develop society and sustain it.
Plan and why my team has to be picked for the Project.
The company will be targeting a road covering of the demography of customers in Gstaad. The targeted consumers will be the people from every generation, religion, ethnicity, and income level (Jurafky et al., 2014). My team should be selected for the entire Project because they have excellent communication skills, they have valuable knowledge of the principles of management, and they are highly organized.
