The hardest part of obeying the stay-at-home-order
The hardest part of obeying the stay-at-home-order has been that I cannot connect physically with my friends and classmates. Friends and classmates made life interesting because we could socialize, share ideas, agree, and disagree and hike together. Another hard thing I am facing is that I cannot attend the gym. I used to attend the gym for my body fitness every weekend, and there I could meet friends and other people whom we interacted together. Now with the stay-at-home-order, I am being forced to be jogging every day at our home compound to maintain a healthy body, something that has become difficult for me to adapt. Additionally, I am now forced to learn all classes online, and this has not been easy because of the slow network in our area, and I always find myself piling a lot of work. I miss the group synergy from my classmates.
One successful mechanism that I have adapted is that I go jogging every day, and this has helped to keep my body healthy and prevent the onset of diseases. Health is wealth, and being healthy is also one way of making sure that the coronavirus disease cannot become severe in the body. I have also had enough time to socialize with my family and plan for our future, like how and where will well make some investments, and this has been something we have been putting off for a number of times, but thanks to the coronavirus disease. As a way of reconnecting with my friends and classmates, I Face time or zoom regularly to keep on fostering the social aspect of life. To minimize the chances of getting coronavirus disease, we have purchased a number of sanitizers that we regularly use. In addition, we still honor the social distancing rule to curb the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
