As a leader, it’s vital that through continued and improved communication, I get to address the issue between the two teams that may affect the coordination and constant improvement in the research. However, since the geographical locations act as a barrier, its essential that through the utilization of the available resources, I get to address the problem and which is only possible through communicating to the different team supervisors of both teams to establish a central decision making. It’s possible through the combination of video conferencing and the issue of emails specifically to the leaders.

The approach and decision to make would be necessary for establishing a significant method and impact to the different underlying issues since the geographical distance between the individuals affects the ability to communicate directly. It’s essential to develop an approach to video conferencing, which will give access and continued interaction between the different team supervisors. Here face to face communication would not be possible since the locations are different, and the timing is similarly different; hence video conferencing would suit the occasion.

Communication is one key element in any successful business or interaction between people and requires continued management to establish a significant impact and long-time influence. I would agree that the email is one of the most violated communication media, and it requires continued management to establish considerable significance to the people involved. The creation and maintenance of new norms in the email interaction between the two groups would reduce the different instances that create less working. It would similarly have a lasting impact and continued influence on the creation of a significant effect on how people may use it to the benefit of their interaction.
