The Maryland Technology Consulting stakeholders’ engaged in the hiring process are expected to play a vital role in identifying, selecting, recruiting, and hiring some of the best applicants to fill in the open slots. Given each employee’s position in the company, they all have different roles within the current hiring process. Essentially, the new technology solution applied in the hiring process will help address each stakeholder’s specific issues.
