The personality test type A and B.
In this personality test, I reacted to all the 20 questions, and when I pressed the score button, I got 166 out of 380—this personality test focus on testing ones’ anxiety and patience. For instance, most of the queries focused on my anxiety. When especially when I am waiting to complete a given task. For instance, how often do you prepare when waiting for a challenging exam. The score of this test is high for individuals who are more anxious and patient. While the score is low for individuals who are less patient and are not anxious when doing things. The level of anxiety is measure in the way individuals react to urgent and demanding tasks. For instance, “what are your actions when faced with an unfamiliar problem?” in this case, for patient individuals, they are expected to first think about what to do and then take action, while for impatient and anxious individuals, they are expected to address the problem even without analyzing the best action to take from all possible actions at their disposal. In this way, the probability of making a mistake is very high. While for those who do not care for anything, they are likely to relax and let things work by themselves. From my personality, since I can usually deal with the situation immediately, this gives out less score as an indication that is not patient enough to deal with such urgent matters.
Furthermore, I have noted that most of the questions from this test deal with the normal activities that we do daily. This is an indication that our personality can be analyzed from our responses or reactions that we give to speak a lot about our personality. Focusing on my score on this test, which I got 166, I learned that I am neither patient nor anxious in doing things.
Symptoms of the individuals in this video that support Borderline Personality Disorder
From this video, according to Christine, the borderline disorder may hide inside one’s personality at an early age. This is well illustrated in this video as Christina appeared normal up to when she reached fourteen years old. This further indicates that, at the early stages of borderline personality disorder, even the patients themselves do not recognize any change in their personality. Hence, the symptoms of this disorder start to appear as one approaches maturity age. According to Christina’s mother, Cindy Knight, at the early age of Christina, her life was healthy. This was seen in her social nature at an early age as she was highly engaged in sports and games.
Focusing on the early life of Andrew Jantz, his early life was normal; he went through college education well and even got a job and married. But in his thirties, he starts losing his personality, he could not understand who he was, Andrew went to the extent of fighting often, and his personality became complicated. He could not even understand himself as he could prepare to attend work, but on reaching the workplace, he could stay inside his car the whole day. This is a clear indication that borderline personality symptoms may not be discovered at an early age.
Borderline personality disorder makes a person feel uncomfortable and fearful. This is well illustrated with the feeling of Kiera when her parents divorced. She started having an uncomfortable feeling which she could not understand it. She was always feeling fearful and not knowing where such fear was coming from. Later, such feelings affected her emotions, and she was unable to handle simple challenges as she always felt helpless. Such symptoms of uncomfortable are also witnessed in Andrew as he had uncomfortable feeling. He could not know what was happening, it was very challenging and in his reaction, he became frustrated and started fighting with people. Further, Andrew always felt disputed as he could not understand what people thought about him. Furthermore, he was also challenged as he tried to think about what people thought about him as he could not understand himself. According to Christina’s mother, her daughter became ugly often and difficult to handle. Further Christina became antisocial and was not willing to mingle with others and was not willing to take part in sports and games.
How would you diagnose him and support your diagnosis with examples of his symptoms?
Tommy Lee Sells feels no guilt or remorse. Even after acknowledging that he has killed many people during the interview, Tommy does not feel guilty. He explains it as if killing is normal to him. Lack of remorsefulness is one of the symptoms of Psychopathy personality disorder, and hence Tommy lee is suffering from it. Lack of guiltiness or remorsefulness is also illustrated when he is asked to tell the girl something the girl whom Tommy was cut her neck with a knife, but luckily, she survived. Instead of apologizing to the girl, Tommy does not say any word for an apology, even though he knows he attempted to kill her. The interviewer struggles to control Tommy as he is uncontrollable. He is also short tampered; this is well illustrated as he tells the interviewer that he can kill him if there were no glass between them.
