Theoretical Framework Subject

The theory to be used in this study is the scheduling constraint management theory, which is aimed at assessing the impacts that the three constraints in the management theory have on project activity. There are tree i.e., triple constraints in the field of project management i.e., the cost constraint, the time constraint, and the scope constraint. The theoretical framework of this study is, therefore, aimed at analyzing and coming up with supporting evidence on the identified effects that the above theoretical frameworks have on any given project work.

The study mainly aims at understanding the scheduling constraint i.e., the time constraint and how this constraint affects the overall project implementation phase. “The time constraint refers to the project’s schedule for completion, including the deadlines for each phase of the project, as well as the date for rollout of the final deliverable.” This is the most diverse constraint that integrates with every aspect of the project, and it is, therefore, necessary to ensure that there is the development of a proper theoretical framework that will ensure that the concept is addressed in its scope.  The theory explains the relationship and dynamic between the variables in that, and it integrates the various aspects of the study, thus ensuring that there is a proper interrelationship that cuts across the different aspects of the project.

The variables in the study have been conceptualized through the use of a variable analysis approach, which ensures that the various variables are accounted for, and each variable gets addresses independently. In the conceptual framework theory understudy, change is explained through developing a harmonic working environment for the various project stakeholders. The social problems that result during the implementation phase of the project are addressed and settled through amicable dialogue.
