I agree with your post Moody regarding the feasibility of system thinking and the chaordic system. The chaordic system thinking is the perspective of the observer and the observed being individuals parts within a similar reality (AlShehhi & Mansoor, 2017). In addition, the principles incorporated within the chaordic system thinking include emergence, indeterminacy, and dissipation (AlShehhi & Mansoor, 2017). Moreover, the philosophy used in creating the chaordic system is meant to provide a balance between chaos and order. With this concept, organizational leaders who can master the art of balancing the two will discover opportunities during both incidences.

Dear Koenig, your post is actual, therefore, I would like to add a few points. Teixeira de Melo et al. (2020), explains the concept of complex system thinking which aims at uncovering the simplicity contained within the composite organizational changes and functions. The authors also argue that within the complex system thinking model assists in solving the complexity, controlling, and uncovering universal truths. Through the understanding of concepts contained within the model, organizations can explore suitable complementarities and synergies present. Therefore, this framework is crucial in supporting the creation of tools, strategies, and utilities that form a basis for other various types of thinking. Also, their integration is feasible to the understanding and management of authentic constraints and their complexity.
