uncertain destiny of the school hence the leaders start planning for the

future. The planning include gathering the necessary resources which may be

required, developing a future goal to achieve and also coming up with man power

partners with both parents and communities who are the main part of school

shareholders in embracing diversity.

Servant leadership

Servant leadership is involves the dedication to serve others and

consider their needs before yours. In educational setting, servant leaders

develops high expectations of both students and teachers in developing learning

skills which may enable them improve their performances. Servant leadership

includes characteristics such as awareness, stewardship, commitment, listening persuasion

and many more. In this style, school leader may increase the performance of

teachers by providing resources and removing barriers which may hinder the

performance of teachers. Strong servant leadership promotes a productive and

positive environment as teachers and students can are able to discuss how the

future may look like.
