- What is the Full Faith and Credit Clause of the U.S. Constitution?
According to Whitten R.U (1998), full faith clause is a constitution clause which states that when the Hawaii have homosexuality, Hawaiian homosexuality had to be accepted by the other states under the first sentence of clause. Secondly, congress enacted the defense of marriage act which permits the people to choose for themselves either to allow homosexuality like in other states.
