- Verbal concerns
- The visible verbal concerns include; Susan been irritable, cleaning/meals/ laundry,
lack of help from siblings, Susan having other responsibilities like her 2 children and work, Sam living a lone, forgetfulness and trouble with vision.
- Non-verbal concerns
- There a few non-verbal concerns, that is, Sam making no eye contact, unkempt lawn, unopened mail, clean house, unfinished food on the table and Sam driving.
