Under the leadership Kasper Rorsted, the company operates under two main brands; Adidas and Reebok. The main mission of this organization is being the sports company in the world. To attain the mission, Adidas strategizes on speed (how fast they deliver), cities (where they deliver), and open-source (how they create). The company is primarily grounded on sports; it is the root of Adidas. The organization chose sports for the role they play in people’s lives on and off the field. Sports are at the centre of every society and culture and are the core in people’s health and happiness. The company believes that it has the power of changing lives. A core value that guides the company’s course in product creation, and customer engagement.

Across the world, these letters (AMG) are associated with superior automotive, exclusivity, performance, high dynamic and efficiency. Mercedes AMG recorded several successful trends in the development of exclusive road-going vehicles as well as motorsport. Thus proving to the world that it deserves this top position. Mercedes AMG involvement in the creation of the handcrafted V8 and V12 engines in Affalterbach and Daimler Group respectively created world-class standard engines. “One man, one engine” policy ensures each engine meets the set high standards in performance and efficiency. Conclusion
From my analysis of the information contained in the three global companies’ websites, I have realized that they all have first-hand information on what their consumers need now and in future. From fitness to connectivity, and performance, each sampled company has explored a gap that other competitors have either failed to meet the demands or have are incapable of conducting extensive market research.
