It is true that cultural diversity and technology has changed how data is managed and stored in today’s digital world. The impact of globalization has changed how employees and customers store and retrieve data. Although newer technologies are being embraced across the globe, the effectiveness of these technologies largely depends on the literacy level of employees using it. That is, those that are familiar with the technology can effectively interact and become productive in the job place than those who have never associated with the technology. Luckily, most of these technologies come with a seamless user interface that can easily be adapted by any employee.

As you mentioned, ethnic cultures bring people from different backgrounds to work on a common goal. However, it is important to highlight that an official language should be embraced at the place of work to allow smooth communication and execution of operations. It is true that businesses are currently leveraging the power of cloud computing technologies to increase performance and delegate’s maintenance task to the cloud services providers. Cloud computing has enabled organizations to operate beyond their geographical restrictions and still be productive. As you also mentioned, cloud computing has allow faster access to data while maintaining integrity and availability of data.
