What does Mr. Santana mean by the 80%/20% rule?

Several people have lost weight with the 80/20 rule on diets. The practice is not technically applicable for all people, but diet checking is working for some people. In his explanation, Mr. Santana quotes that one must take much of nutritious foods, 80% of all food to consume, and 20% be unhealthy. One has to follow some food guidelines that don’t count many calories, which can’t calculate the macronutrients (Langley, 21). Considering healthy eating and less innutritious foodstuffs will make the 80/20 rule applicable to you—nutritionists advocate for 80% healthy choices and 20% flexible for the fewer health diets. So as you take more feasible foods, allow for a variety of foods, and avoid deprivation.

To ease the application of the rule is to put it into daily practice. One requires to make enjoyment on a few indulgences or possibly less than 20%. In week’s ways, it means one needs to eat well, probably during the week, and rest over the weekend. Once you develop the rule and test its effectiveness, you can enjoy indulgences regularly, even without feeling as if it’s punishment.
