If you are looking for tranquillity, luxury and a great view of the turquoise oceanic water, we are your dream destination.
Our luxurious finishes in the rooms are built with a unique architectural design and decors that suit your accommodation specifications.
We can accommodate up to 12 guests in our luxurious getaway house.
Our house has its pool, a fountain and a great outdoor area with a BBQ, a daybed and dining area.
The swimming pool has a wall that divides both sides of the house to give our guests privacy and an enjoyable stay.

Our short term accommodation house is a popular destination and suits your day trips, holiday and weekends getaways. Our house was designed to accommodate big families, and it’s big enough to accommodate up to 2 small families. The house is built in contemporary minimalist interior design
key things we can offer to our guests
- 5 min walk from Ferry – the best thing about our geographical location is that it’s near the Ferry. Our guests can get from the Townsville to the Island easily. The distance is short, and it takes just five minutes to walk to the house oceanfront pool. The house is spacious, and you get all the privacy you need because we accommodate up to 12 guests. Dacha on Maggie features six bedrooms with one en suite and two bathrooms.
- We have exquisite bedroom configuration:
- The upstairs has a Master Bedroom, Sea view room, Mountain View bedroom, Standard room 1, Standard room 2, and Standard room 3
- Our downstairs has a Ground floor bedroom, and each bedroom has an air conditioner and ceiling fan.
- Each room has a king-size bed and can be made as two single beds based on the guests’ request.
- For the best holiday experience, come to our stunning, newly built house. It’s a spacious two-storey house which is fully air-conditioned and offers free Wi-Fi.
- The large outdoor area (pool area) offers the perfect place to enjoy a family BBQ, drink or read your favourite books.

Navigating the town is easy, and you can get to our luxurious accommodation space using these means of transport. From Townsville you can get to the Magnetic Island using:
– Ferry Magnetic Island Ferries for passengers and cars
– Ferry Sea link but this carries only passengers
– Helicopters are also a common means of transport here
The most convenient means of transport is the Ferry because you can walk to our house within five minutes. While walking, you enjoy the oceanic breeze and serenity of this haven. The oceanic views are great, and you will find them to be enjoyable.
OCEANFRONT POOL
Most guests enjoy the blissful environment in our house, especially the oceanfront pool. We have a great pool area on the outdoor of our house. The pool area is great for swims, and it’s a great area for friends and family members to hold a BBQ. You can enjoy your swimming moments together, and the poolside is a great area for reading novels or journals as you chill outdoors.

ACCOMMODATION UP TO 12 GUESTS
For the best accommodation space, Dacha on Maggie suits you! The best thing about our house is that we offer magnificent housing features to our guests. In our house, we accommodate up to 12 guests and our house suits both big and small families. Dacha on Maggie has unique features in all the six bedrooms which have en suite and two bathrooms in each room.
There is a master bedroom in the house which suits couples, a sea view room and a Mountain View bedroom that gives you the best outdoor views from our house. We also have three standard rooms that give our guests the best stay in the magnificent Island.
There is a bedroom downstairs too, and our rooms are fully furnished. All bedrooms have air conditioners, and there are ceiling fans in case the atmospheric temperatures rise, our guests are comfortable. All our rooms have a king-size bed for our guests comfort we listen to our guests’ requests when arranging the beds in each room.

About the architectural design and the architect
Dacha on Maggie dream house came to be due to combined efforts.
I appreciate the suppliers and everyone involved in the construction of this dream house. Building a great place for guests to relax and enjoy the oceanic breeze comfortably has been my dream. That’s why dacha on Maggie is the dream getaway place, with five-star finishes the built-in contemporary minimalist style. The main colours are gold, black and white in the house. There are marble tiles and velvet furniture in the house which creates a luxurious casino atmosphere for the guests.
The architect
My name is Ryan, and I am an owner of the Dacha on Maggie. The builder by trade, with more than 13 years of the construction exertions having the family builder background. Ryan’s Father has a building company where he used to work when he was young and learnt the skills at an early stage.
Ryan is an astute and resourceful professional with 13+ years of successful experience credited with top tier construction companies including Baulderstone /Lend-lease, Exyte (Taiwan), Hsin Chong Engineering and Richard Crooks Constructions. He is an articulate communicator skilled in connecting and engaging with all stakeholders and managing stakeholder expectations. The architect possesses a foresight for construction and financial risks with an emphasis to capture results through optimizing efficient solutions that engage stakeholders, clients and cross-functional departments, by communicating best-practice initiatives cohesively and collaboratively. He has an extensive experience working with ISO 9001 quality management procedures for project management and administration; Professional Manager, with the ability to effectively direct and administer construction personnel while in parallel maximizing productivity, reducing cost and time with a contractual mindset.
