Leaning into the discomfort of our works means holding on to the discomfort of the work because the discomfort is taking you closer to your target and enables you to build new patterns of wisdom. I make things certain and cannot take risk thus lose some quality opportunities some times

Shame is fear of disconnection and develops as a result of the feeling of not being good enough resulting from vulnerabilities.
What is worthiness and how do people develop it?
Having a strong sense of love and belonging, by believing that they are worth the love and belonging and having courage, compassion, and connection towards others
How is vulnerability “the birthplace of joy and love?”
Invulnerability one can identify his weaknesses and strength and connect with people who are vulnerable too and are no afraid to show it. The vulnerability allows one to be himself without forcing things and built a genuine connection of the people who ill love him for who he is.
How does vulnerability relate to leadership? How open should leaders be about their weaknesses?
Leaders are humans too and have some weaknesses but because they are readers they conceal the vulnerability and present perfections to the public. The leaders should express their vulnerability this will enable him to develop a good rapport with the followers.
How does one learn to care about other people?
By first understanding your vulnerability and developing a strong method of dealing with the issue. Later through connection and experience and knowledge gained will enable one to understand the other people because each person is vulnerable in a different way.

The tips help to build an all-round manager who can communicate even with the junior workers. The tips promote unity and innovation in the company by listening to different ideas. Yes, I disagree with the tip stating tell the employees how much you need them. I think it’s better to show them how much they mean to you by action and not words only. The caring behavior should apply to both males and females because they are for the company and discrimination should be discouraged. There exist different cultures that express their concerns on the manager’s workers’ relationship. For example, when dealing with different gender it’s most likely to be accused of different issues of sex assaults.
