- Interviewee: Do you have any immediate projects that need to be worked on?

Interviewer: The entire project was rolled out a month ago and is scheduled to be completed within the next three months.
- Interviewee: What are the experiences and skills you are looking for in a candidate?

- A major hurdle has been employee attrition rates, but this is a challenge that the entire company is facing.
- Interviewee: What are you doing to reduce the high rates of attrition?

- The position has been in existence ever since the company was formed and is a vital aspect of the company’s communication endeavors.

- Interviewee: What do you enjoy most about working for this company?
- I enjoy the collaborative spirit that exists between the workers. Everyone is dedicated to achieving the company vision, and this makes the environment a home away from home.
