White House is the most potent House on the Land, and therefore, the way it approaches the public should become accomplished most modestly. There are several ways in which A United States President can approach the Public. The forms include but not limited to the use of public opinion polls, the use of trusted Media Houses, National Security Intelligence. Among other means. The methods used to approach the public by the State tend to be unbiased not to distort any information by the Government, and the information presented should be accurate not to taint the White House Image. Public opinions refer to the desires, thinking, and wants of the majority of the population of a particular country (Hammond 45). Presidents use the view to inform the policymaking process to ensure the will of the majority become captured, and this had become witnessed in the United States by President Barack Obama when he influenced the drafting of a policy encouraging international students to study in the United States. President Obama arrived at a decision after a public opinion poll done by KENRA indicated that the majority of the population was of the similar. Secondly, a president can approach the public by use of media such as television, among others. For Instance, President Donald President believes the media at times are biased, and he purports his opponents are using the media to criticize him. Trump approaches this by correcting and rebuking the media are making the mistakes he believes. He advises the public on which media information to consume as some convey misleading information. Presidents across the World heavily rely on their national intelligence in approaching the public. The national security intelligence collects data from the grassroots on their take about the presidency and any ill intention of the opponents. Donald Trump has successfully used national intelligence to thwart an attempted attack by the Iran Military general on United States Citizens.

As put by Entman, framing refers to the process of curling some notions of a perceived reality and coming up with a narrative to outline the relationship in them to increase a particular interpretation. President Barack, throughout his reign, uses the media, especially the London newspaper, to get a proper framing by the Public (Kerro 3,4).  Obama used the media so well as a way to promote his positive framing by the US citizens. He was outspoken on racial segregation and came up with several foundations, such as the Obama Foundation. President Obama was open to the critics from the Obama and did not bash them for having reported anything, not in tandem with the Whitehouse expectations, this made the public and the media to love him even more in addition to his excellent orator skills. As a reporter of the White House, there are a couple of challenges I faced. One of the problems I face is bashing from the president, there a time I was covering President Trump briefing, and when I posed a question to him, he told me my question is a stupid one, and I should sit down. Secondly, the White House is mean with information as there is some information they deem vet confidential. They cannot disclose to the reporters, and this prevents me from giving comprehensive reporting to the public. Thirdly, the United States President Donald does not provide ample time for reports to probe in case of unclear statements; If I try to probe him for more information, he turns me off. The last challenge is that since Donald Trump most occasions, criticizes reporters and media as a whole, the public at times does not buy the information I report, especially information exposing ill in the White House.
