White Supremacists/ Hate groups.
White supremacist groups in America have propagated violence, racism, and hatred. People belonging to these groups have been charged with crimes like civil rights violations which is an essential component of democracy. However, America a policy problem, and fixing it will require legislative action. The policies should shape discrimination and future decisions on equivalent employment acts for all citizens. If there were no hate groups, our country would not be experiencing racism issues, which has resulted in unemployment, less job satisfaction, low self-esteem, and inequality. Any American citizen would not be experiencing unemployment. Employment is beneficial to every economy because employee earnings lead to high consumer spending rates, healthier to the overall economy. The effects of unemployment are limited to the native Americans than the whites, which means that whites are likely to have better living standards than the natives. Therefore, non-whites are less competent, and they lack skills that reduce their likelihood of securing jobs. It is all because they are never given opportunities or discriminated against out of racism in the United States.
Families suffer from low living standards, such as inadequate housing, resulting in a robbery with violence to get something to feed their families. Incidences of theft with violence would not be experienced if all citizens were given equal employment opportunities, which means every family would be getting an average salary for survival. It is also evident that hate groups have promoted racial inequality, which affects the lives of minority groups, especially in working areas. The hate groups, who are the majority, earn higher percent than the non-whites, who earn almost 25% less than the whites. Therefore, there is a vast difference in the whites living standards to those of the non-whites. There is a difference in lack rates due to structural racism, which prevents minority groups from obtaining equal opportunities at work (Pedulla 1). The white supremacists are provided with advantages, while the non-dominant groups have disadvantages. The minorities are limited to access resources and good salaries; hence their ability to earn living wages is limited.
The whites have stood up to speak against racism in the workplace and have supported black associates. However, non-whites are still underrepresented in the workplace despite having equal qualifications to perform similar tasks. Organizations do not practice inclusion, and diversity which could help reduce inequality, connect experiences and end racism (Shakour & Hillyer 1). Political engagements have raised policies and laws against racism, but it has not been addressed for many years. To bring attention to racism, some public efforts may be required to fix the problem. That strict laws and policies should indeed have been made, but there is also the need to have continuous encouragement from decision-makers and the government to stop racism. Some might argue that racism cannot end in America because it has been fought for decades and has never been destroyed. Yes, it has been fought for years, but if the majority recognized that the non-whites and agreed to work on a common objective, it is the only way we can make progress as a nation or an individual. Embracing and having unconditional love for all humanity will benefit the nation at large, and therefore, everyone can make everyone’s life better. If hate groups end and embrace all people of different colors, will there be a change in the living standards of the natives? Will unemployment caused by racism end?
