Writing and thinking in contemporary academia
This post starts with a perfect introductory paragraph, which helps the reader understand what you are talking about. The inclusion of this section allows the reader to have a rough idea of what you will talk about. As a result, I would say that you start-off well in trying to highlight the significance of culturally responsive teaching in diversified classrooms. Afterward, you also do well in describing what involves culturally responsive teaching and how it could be employed in a classroom setting. For instance, you argue that “A high level of cultural competence in the classroom involves the ability to read and react to challenging scenarios that stem from cultural variety and differences among students and staff in the learning environment,” which I believe elucidates exactly what comprises culturally responsive teaching. For the better part of this work, you have managed to bring the reader to an understanding of what you are talking about. You can further improve your work by being a little bit more specific in some sections (Grünfeld, 2019). For instance, you could explain better what you mean by the video being outdated and unrealistic to enable the reader to have a better understanding of what you are addressing.
