Yoga refers to a divine discipline

Yoga

Description

Yoga refers to a divine discipline that is founded on a subtle science and aims at creating harmony between the body and mind. It is mainly a science and art of healthy living. Practising Yoga enables people to develop individual consciousness which is linked to that of the universe, thus showing that there is harmony between the body and mind, nature and human beings. Modern scientists argue that the globe is a representation of one quantum firmament and that the person who experiences the singleness of existence is claimed to be in Yoga, and is referred to as Yogi. Therefore, the aim of Yoga is to achieve self-realization, and to overcome all types of suffering, leading to a liberation state called Moksha, and freedom, known as Kaivalya.
