Behavior

Behavior for any sector, business, department, or team plays a significant role in what is achieved. Aligning a positive behavior in your job, whether supervised or unsupervised or supervised by a “puppet leader” is the right call to make. It is good to keep your interests in line with the team or company goals (Frankel et al., 2006).
