From the above analysis, there are several conclusions that we can derive from regarding the Red Lion Hotels. First, the company has the upper hand in its marketing strategy, technology use, and brand portfolio, which has given red Lion Corporation a better chance of competing in the market. However, the many challenges and unfixed gaps in the organization can highly compromise the probability of the company to maintain its current status in the market. Besides, the unfavorable political and economic factors detriments the organization’s ability to achieve its objectives. Nonetheless, opportunities such as the real-time reservations for both domestic and international customers can work best to increase its ability to attract and sustain more customers, hence its success factor. All in all, the company should focus on improving its compliance with regulatory bodies, harness opportunities, use the weaknesses as points for improvement, and grow its strengths for it to compete successfully in the market.
