Essay Assignment
Interest groups play an essential role in shaping the social and political environment. There is a number of interest groups in the country that help people in the country in several ways. Interest groups play an essential role in every move of political parties by assisting campaigns. Public and political interest groups involved in state matters are intended to preserve social and environment by using attacks and different groups. Our political system is facing a lot of inequality in various sectors, that is because of unfavorable finance laws. The role of money in politics is both positive and negative. The decisive role of money in politics is to strengthen the positions of members. Still, the drastic negative role of money in politics is the way it causes inequality and conflict in the sector. There are several finance laws enforced by Congresses and effectively enforced by the Federal Election Commission to address electoral campaigns at the federal level (Ohman, 2013).
The focus on the unequal of wealth in US politics is another negative factor that ceases the active growth of the country and also causes ineffective decision making into the country. Presidential candidates that lay stress on the dangerous inequality is a positive aspect because wealthy people also own the political system. The elimination of the barrier between wealthy and poor is needed to be addressed through policies. These candidates are doing well because it is an essential need of time to eliminate all obstacles that cause inequality in the distribution of resources and wealth. Researches state that in 2011, financial inequality was more significant in the country. The shift in income inequality in politics is also because of the shift into the global distributioneconomy—the emergence of advancement and modernization into the political system into the country. Inequality, if it prevails into the political system, would cause massive problems and pose a threat to the development and growth of the country. Financial laws and policies need to be addressed as a solution (AMADEO, 2020).
If I would be elected as the president of the United States, the first policy that I would like to address is its educational policies. According to my information, education is much expensive in the state. As this is an essential requirement of every member of the country; thus, it should be assessable to everyone. Education policies of the country need improvement, and the country needs to spend more on this institution. There is a number of middle-class people in the country who are surviving in low income. And because of high education costs, children from middle-class families are unable to access quality education and fail to develop their future.
In the current political climate, the critical thing to encounter is inequality prevailing in the society. Thus I will put efforts to readdress financial laws that are creating inequality into the state. The second issue that I would like to address is healthcare policies. US healthcare policies are also expensive. Although these steps are difficult to take, these goals are realistic. They are essential for the nation because there are thousands of people that are suffering from accessing education and healthcare services. These goals are essential for me because I could be one of those who are living a miserable life. And another reason is that a good leader thinks about his people. And I think these two policies are required to readdress because these two facilities shape the future of the country.
The third issue that I will readdress while my presidency would be business practices. I will readdress business practices and policies that allow the establishment of business that hurt human ethics and environmental ethics. In the country still, some businesses are showing an unethical performance by threatening the environment. Business practices that are polluting the earth’s climate would be restricted, and the focus would be diverted towards green business practices.

Congress put their eye on the role as well as the responsibilities of the private sector since the onset of deadly coronavirus in the country (James D. Barnette, 2020). Congress is playing both social and economic roles into the country by enacting social and economic relief programs. During this outbreak, business owners are in the most danger, and the role of Congress in protecting public business interests is not ordinary (News, 2019).
