Background:     The current violation of human rights has reached an immersive extent. Most of the female employees in the company are finding it hard to cope with current strict regulations that are feminine. In the administrative dockets within the company, many ladies have been violently denied the rights of being administrators. Recent case experienced when the head of human resources was chased out of her office by force on claims of violating the policies of the company. Moreover, based on the last two interviews conducted within the company, few women were granted employment tickets into the company regardless of a large number of qualified applicants recorded.

According to the company constitution on human rights, it’s evident that the company with the assistants of the board of directors and senior administrators should enhance transparency and enhance gender equality at all levels of education and task allocation in the company. Further, the constitution indicates that no employee should be chased out of his or her office without prior notification from the directors. During recruitments, the number of new employees recruited should adhere to the law set by the national government on a third, two-thirds gender rule. The mentioned experiences are alarming and thus need some overview administration guidance.
