In the financial year of 2019, the Company made the annual sales of $9.1 billion, and it was ranked number three according to the Fortune Magazine selection of 100 companies (Wegmans, n.d)). Wegmans’ Company has been recording good profits since its reformations in 1998, and it was ranked first place in the year 2005. Since its establishment, the Company has been recording the better profits meaning that it is working. Analyzing the Wegmans Company will bring light to the people on how it is important to initiate the employees in the management since they are the ones who directly interact with the employees. Its success has also been contributed by the creation of a good relationship with the customers. The Company also ensures that there is a strong partnership with the employees while focusing on the steady and strategic growth of them. The Company also treats its employees good as part of their assets and hence developing a working strategy of its employees reaching the customers. Sending the employees in the different parts of the world to get the ideas from the successful companies is a very good strategy, and with it, employees will take the secrets from the other companies and apply them to the firm.

The strategy makes the employees know the products they are delivering to the customers. The workforce of the Company has remained healthy since the establishment of the strategy in the year 1998.
