The other issue of nurturing pre-mature children is a struggle faced by the majority of pediatric nurses.  The limited resources are affecting the work of these specialists. Most pediatric nurses are working in poor conditions as the environment is not suitable for proper working and this is contributed by limited resources required to improve the working conditions.
