Managerial Strengths
Managerial positions are critical. It is the will of many people to achieve these positions.in order to make this one should have some strengths which are unique concerning other people. These strengths include being strategic, futuristic, realtor, idealization, and restorative.
There are some attributes associated with these strengths. For example, the strategic person should be able to be visionary, open-minded, and courageous. I portray this strength since I can have the vision of what will happen in the company in the next ten years. This will help the company in making proper investments, which will, in turn, yield some profits. Secondly, I am an open-minded person.am always ready to listen to what people say and adjust for the goodness of the company. As a leader, there some decisions which are risky to make, and hence one should be courageous. I can apply this strength in various areas in the company to increase the productivity of the team, the outreach of the community, and the innovation of new solutions to specific problems in the company; this strength has to be applied. Working with other people who have the same power helps the company a lot.one should be able to learn from them and adjust accordingly for the importance of the company (Burgoyne & Stuart, 1976).
Apart from being strategic, one is required to be futuristic. I believe I have this strength since I have been a dreamer and a perceiver for a long time. I always set specific goals that I always focus to achieve. This will help me to plan well for the company. This strength can be applied in areas associated with production and marketing. This is because one will be able to predict what to produce to meet the market demand in the future times. Being flexible and dynamic helps a person to cooperate with other leaders who have the same strength. The strength of being an excellent realtor is another quality which a hood manager should have. One should have excellent communication skills, honest and responsible. I am very good at all this, and this qualifies me to be a good manager. I can be able to speak well and convince people to do specific roles in the company. To boost my skills in marketing and advertisement, I will let my fellow workers to have these qualities (Crilley & Sharp, 2006).
Aspect of being right in idealization is essential as a manager. Features associated with this strength include being appreciative and able to represent others well. This aspect can be applied in all areas of the company. To achieve high profits and increase the output in the company, workers should be appreciated by their leaders, and this will motivate them to make the company’s goals. Additionally, the strength of being restorative as a manager is significant. Attributes associated with this include being innovative, courageous, and creative.as my nature, I love looking for solutions, and I can be bold and creative when it comes to problem-solving. This aspect is essential as a manager. To steer the company to greater heights, one should be able to learn fast the methods other people use in obtaining solutions to their problems.
