Process management is a discipline in the organizational management that gives the tools for analyzing, monitoring, defining, controlling, and optimizing all the processes taking place within an organization to meet the goals and objectives. Project management, on the other end, is the practice that applies the skills, tools, processes, and techniques to accomplish certain duties in the organization to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the work. The main difference between process management and project management is that process management is the ongoing process. In contrast, project management occurs once, especially when the organization wants to improve its efficiency. Finally, Total Quality Management is the continuous process that helps in detecting and eliminating the errors which occur in the organization to ensure that the products and services are of its best and can satisfy all the stakeholders.

Hi
I am pleased to comment on your Post. I agree with you on the definition of project management, process management, and total quality management. From your Post, it is clear that project management occurs at times when there is a critical procedure being introduced or improved within the organization. On the other hand, I get to know that process management is an ongoing process in the organization and is included in the strategic management plan. Finally, you have defined total quality management as eliminating the errors to ensure the quality of the goods and services. For that matter, I agree with you in every aspect of your dimension since you have clearly distinguished the three terms in a way that can be easily understood.

Hello
I like your Post about project management, process management, and total quality management. Your definitions are clear that everyone can understand. You have applied different sources like the APM website that distinguishes project management and process management. You have also distinguished the project management on the bases of the work processes, technicality, and the time. On this point, we get to know that project management needs more knowledge and skills and helps in improving organizational efficiency and effectiveness. I also get to know that process management is an ongoing process, while project management occurs during a specific time. Your English is also simple and clear hence making it one of the best posts I have interacted with in this Post.

Hello
I like your Post about the differences between project management and process management. You have clearly defined the two terminologies using the relevant sources. From your definition, I get to know that process management is a continuous process within the organization. In most cases, process management is part of the strategic management plan. Project management sometimes occurs most probably when something needs to be updated, or new machines need to be put in place. Your post analyses process management and project management as the organization’s most sensitive dimensions since they determine the achievement of the goals.
