The concept of stress is not new in anyone. Though the impacts may be diverse, there are various types of stressors that cause an immediate change or adjustment to a response. In this study, an overview of the stress I face in my life. The shift in technology in radiology emphasizes a lot of multitasking and attention. While many people may regard this as beneficial, they cause a lot of stress. The heavy workload that comes with this technological shift is not a small thing. It requires a deep input of effort to facilitate the successful utilization of this technology in the daily operations at school. A lot of reading which drags into the late nights is eminent. There is a lot of burnout, which results from little sleep. In such a case, it tends to affect how I relate to people and how I contemplate issues relating to studies in school—as such, participating in class becomes a significant problem due to poor concentration. It stresses me out since I cannot control burn out with all the pressure that comes with it.
Either way, there are various ways to stay healthy and reduce stress. One of the best ways is to eat healthy foods and get enough rest (Reddy, Menon & Thattil, 2020). While many people may disregard these two, but they form one of the baselines through which stress is reduced. Also, being curious, especially to things where help is needed, reduces weight by a significant length. In cases where there is an immediate stressor attack, actions of breathing in and out helps. In order to reduce stress, it is highly advised that individuals take a break from substantial activities, which caused a strain in their daily operations. In conclusion, having a healthy life is one of the best remedies for reducing stress.
