Project execution needs proper research to come up with services or commodities that are unique. Pilot research helps to develop a unique business idea that can meet the interests of the customers in the market (Harris et al., 2018). From this inference, the project managers should conduct more research to come up with valid ideas.

Commuting has been a challenge for most people sues to the congestion of many people. As much as there are means of transport, many people are still struggling to reach their intended places in time. Works of literature have it those students, especially in higher education, face challenges since not all of them have personal means of transport (Cosenz & Noto, 2017). They take a lot of time in the bus stations, which might affect their learning in the long run. Therefore, our project aims to transform the students’ identification cards into an electronic form that can solve the students’ transportation challenges. Besides, we will design the card to offer additional services such as accessing materials in nay public libraries. ETCZ enterprise is one of the competitors in the market since it transforms the student’s identification cards to electronics. However, our idea still stands out since the card will have additional benefits since it caters to the transportation need, which is a major challenge to the students.

Project planning is a complex process that needs proper attention for it to be successful (Cosenz & Noto, 2017). It is deplorable that most of the people come up with the idea, but the idea does not meet the expected. Besides, people should be conversant with the criteria used to generate business ideas and identify the market gap. The idea might not b necessarily new to the market, but the modification might transform the idea into something fulfilling.
