Responding to the market changes and demands is the first and most expected thing in the company and organizational needs. The expectation about the market needs and expectations is the key to make the ideal company and corporate ends to make the benefits and the profits paramount in the market by the company and the organization. Without making the demands and the challenges, the strategies that are built and established are proved futile.
The third one is that it can’t be adjusted or changed during the change comes as it is instrumental when the switch is desired and influenced. Change sometimes comes when not expected, which is very challenging and hard when not taken care of the whole instincts. The subsequent one is that the strategy may be fixing what doesn’t needs fixing when it comes to systems and the time of change when it happens. The procedure should be composed to give space and the adjustment part to enhance the practical elements for better instances.
