As a leader, I found an opportunity to utilize my technical skills to gain an advantage as I like practical work, followed by human skills acquired when socializing and relating with follower and fellow leaders and Conceptual skills turned to be week as I concentrated on the opportunity of utilizing an opportunity in technical skills. The weakness needed not to be assumed as it would lag my success behind. For the task and relationship in behavior, the questionnaire ranked almost the same as I balanced my weaknesses and strengths. The managerial role portrays a balanced relationship-work strategy that helps attain self-actualization together with organizational objectives. Inauthentic leadership self-assessment questionnaire, self-awareness ranked best out of the interviewed four traits as a manager one should have an eye on what is happening internally and externally in order to be up-to-date with the technology and other factors affecting the organization. The trait help understand how other companies are doing and take any opportunity that will make his/her organization be at the top of others. It will also help to identify threats coming from internal sources such as employee dissatisfaction, high employee turnover, and effective and efficient productivity. As a leader, balancing personal life and leadership helps avoid home stress at work and work stress at home. I preferred the task-oriented type of leadership rather than other leadership styles where I could discuss with the subordinates the tasks ahead and work towards achieving them. Relational transparency came to the next personal trait whereas a leader I should not expose the strengths to competitors to avoid those using them and adding up to their strength overdo my leadership. Finally, balanced processing worked to an advantage as I worked as a team with my subordinates and ensured rational decision making.
