The management systems being employed by schools to ensure the efficiency of activities with the help of the current technology showcase the immediate effect of modernization in all aspects. There are two categories of the school management systems, which include the FACTS SIS program as well as the PowerSchool program. The above groups have several similar characteristics about the roles played by both. However, there are evident differences that can be found between the two types of systems, as discussed below.

First, the PowerSchool program entails a more prominent space of accommodation in regards to the data which can be stored. On the other hand, the FACTS SIS is a less accommodative program that has limited access to student’s information to the relative stakeholders. Also, there is a difference which is definite in the sense of access for information through the management systems (Coates, Hamish, Richard James, and Gabrielle Baldwin, 2005, 19-36). There are more restrictions bound to the FACTS SIS programs in the sense that the students do not have access to the systems, and instead, the administration, parents, and teachers are the only ones with access. Also, the FACTS SIS programs are less affected by the technical issues as there is less information stored in the systems in comparison to the PowerSchool program.

Apart from the google classroom, other alternatives can be employed to suit the similar purpose. First, OTUS is the system that is different from the ogle classroom in the sense that there is the instructor indulgence in the order. Through it, there is a more favorable environment for the teachers to engage their learners into many quizzes and other information that is beneficial to them (Blau, Ina, and Ofer Presser, 2013, 1000-1011). Besides, there is a bigger room of interaction between the teachers and the learners compared to the google classroom system, which, as a result, enhances the bond between the two parties. There is great importance to understand that OTUS provides a grade book and a chance to reach student’s inboxes for further indulgence, a characteristic which lacks in the google classroom program.

Secondly, Kiddom is another service that is a teacher based in the effort of ensuring that the learners acquire the most from the materials provided in the system. In comparison to google classroom, there are far many more benefits such as the availability of resources and materials fro the students and, at the same time, providing the necessary time for the teachers to search for the most relevant quizzes and assignments to issue out. It is vital to understand that the above system helps to create a chance where students can communicate directly to their teachers by responding to the tests and responding right back to them (Classroom). Apart from the search, there is a likelihood for teachers to create their concept of the assignments in the program that are fittest for the program. Thirdly, Edmo does the system that allows an open interrelation between the teachers and the learners where the two parties can share ideas and also engage in relative academic activities. It is another based teacher system and gives the instructor to share handouts and assignments to the students directly. It is only the invited people that can manage to participate in the activities of the program. Therefore, there is plenty of restrictions within the field.
