Caitlin Solano will act the group facilitator. Her responsibilities will include coordinating and initiating a plan for the project. She will also delegate work based on the feedback of the team. Once the project is complete, she will submit the final draft. She will be responsible for discussing whether or not Gore and Associates should go public or remain private and the reasoning for the choice.
Hisham Talib will act as the group editor. His responsibilities will include reviewing the paper for grammatical errors while ensuring the paper follows the guidelines of APA formatting. He will act as the group’s leader of quality control. He will be responsible for discussing the business structure of Gore and Associates and comparing it to Tidd’s and Bessant’s ideas.
Toseika Thomas will act as the group formatter. Her responsibilities will be to ensure all headings, titles and reference pages are properly inserted into the paper. She will also review the paper for any organizational revisions she sees necessary. She will also be responsible for projecting the future of Gore and Associates.
Antonia Tyson will act as the group designer. Her responsibilities will include conducting the initial document review. Further, she will consolidate the rough draft while ensuring the document flows smoothly. She will also be responsible for writing the introduction and conclusion of the project.
