A decision to ACT (a decision about a behaviour)
Decisions relating to actions are related to behaviour and consequently affect change in behaviour. Their importance is solely on a beneficial ground that when conducted well, then benefits accrue. The section herein illustrates my decision on action, as well as its analysis of behaviour.
Over time, there has been a lot of changes in my life about school work which falls back to homework. Consequently, this becomes hectic, especially when it comes to me shuffling between handling house chores, watching movies, playing the guitar, and school work. The main problem herein is that sit has affected my performance in school. A lot of times, I get so tired due to work overlap.
In order to curb this problem, it is crucial to change my behavioural structure by altering the different actions I engage in and for starters, creating a tabulated schedule that encompasses all these activities is seemingly the best solution. In essence, I must prioritize my actions in the order of productivity and award sufficient time accordingly. Since school is the priority at the moment, I must allocate enough time for school. The guitar is a personal growth strategy, and this makes it essential. Reducing my entertainment plan on movies is seemingly a good option in this context. Alternating through these activities on a scheduled and tabulated manner is efficient in allowing efficient utilization of time. As a result, I get to have a perfect action plan which affects my behaviour and attitude towards my academics as well as life in general.
In conclusion, since the school is vital in shaping behaviour, creating more school time is mandatory and possibly the right decision.
A decision to REACT (a decision made about how to respond or react to information or a stimulus)
A decision to react encompasses the accumulation of information and working towards responding to various stimulus. In this context, significant decisions to respond to news is well illustrated in this section. My illustration is based on the school set up where information is required. At the beginning of the semester, the school issues out a curriculum in which professors and lecturers alike are to follow it in administering learning materials and services. As a student, my biggest challenge is to ensure at the end of the semester pass the examination conducted on the coursework given.
The semester is divided into different weekly outlines through which information on the coursework is administered. In any case, the most significant task is to decide on how well to utilize this information so that at the end of the semester, I pass the end exams. My main decision in reacting to this information involves going to the library, conducting several in-depth types of research on the coursework as well as forming multiple discussions. Another choice to ensure the effective reaction to the information given in school involves attending all the classes as required by the school fraternity.
In conclusion, the benefit of this decision is that it will ensure that at the end of the semester, I am proficient. It also provides that I am aware of the information given by the professor during the semester. Besides, this is the best way to react to the news to get efficient results.
A decision to INTERACT (a decision about whether and how to engage with others)
A decision to interact entails deciding on whether to relate with other people or not. In this context, joining this school comes with a new challenge of loneliness. I am forced to decide on whether or not to make new friends or stick to my silent nature. My choice, in this case, is to interact with other people within the class, and back at home as well.
The decision lies in gauging the pros and cons associated with interacting with others as well as not interacting with others. Even though these two may have its benefit, it is essential to consider the most ideal. According to my analysis, I feel like the best decision is to establish different interactions with others. Besides, there are a lot of benefits that outweigh the loses. While this may be a great challenge, it is seemingly important in a variety of ways. In the classroom construct, it is essential to form a friendship as it always comes in handy, especially when we are requested to work in groups. It ever happens when dealing with a specific project. Engaging with others is not a sign of weakness but instead carries a lot of benefits. Even back at home, hiring with people may seem like an ideal decision, especially on a solid basis. Besides these engagements eradicates loneliness and ensures increased productivity and home and in school.
In conclusion, the decision on interacting is made solely after interrogating the probabilities of having benefits or losses at the end of the engagement. In this case, the ideal choice is to interact with schoolmates and neighbours at home.
