applying for a chance at the University of California
I am hereby applying for a chance at the University of California for a part-time MBA program. I am a University of California alumni who got the master of science in mechanical engineering degree in 2012. Since then, I worked in several different companies all owned by myself. I opened an environmental protection automation company from 2012-2017.
I move my focus into the health care industry, starting from 2017, I was able to create several pharmacies, adult health care facilities in the Southern California area. Last year, I formed a non-profit foundation whose target was to donate funds in medical research programs and medical school students. The more I expanded my business, I felt the need to study in the business school to learn the concept of business, negotiating skills, management technics to empower my social circle. The University of California has been my top priority school due to its reputable name.
I earned my Bachelor of Science, Mechanical Engineering at Tianjin Agriculture University. This was the period between June 2004 and July 2008. Here, I learnt the basic mechanical engineering drawing skills which include basic design and control skills. I also earned knowledgeable ideas on PLC Programming and SCM programming which are the basic necessity in the programming field in the current job market.
Thereafter, I enrolled at the University of Southern California for my further studies. This came between June 2010 and July 2012. Here, I pursued my Masters of Science in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering. Through the studies I underwent in this institution, I became knowledgeable in the control and vibration systems. These include the rare MATLAB Programming, taught in limited institutions in the country and designing the vibration systems. I also learnt how to conduct studies on chaotic issues.
Between July 2006 and January 2009, I joined the Weilong Environmental Protection in China. In this institution, I served as a mechanical engineer. I conducted my duties accordingly giving positive results throughout my service. I was mainly focused on the design sector. I was responsible for the designing of the air duct cleaning robots and the automatic liquid mixing systems.
In January 2015, I joined the VINET, Walnut Company in California. I served in Walnut as the Chief Executive Officer and also as the co-founder, until December 2016. My duties were diversified in this industry but I still managed to produce quality results during my service. My duties were to ensure a consistent flow of operations in the company and designing the head-up display services. I was also responsible for the marketing services in the company which were quite well.
Between July 2012 and January 2018, I earned a job in Angeles Del Sol ADHC in California. I was assigned the post of a General Manager and the Co-Owner of the business. Working in Angeles Del Sol was quite advantageous since we used to work in teams. Our duties were the application of the ADHC license and engaging in business negotiations with the service recipients and providers. We also ensured that there was an ADA qualified space to cater to more employees and patients.
After working in all these industries, I earned enough experience to manage a larger business with fewer shortcomings. In January 2020, I started the Prime Rx Pharmacy in Long Beach California. I invested in this new pharmacy which required more than enough attention in the maintenance practices. My duties were to ensure all the employees conducted their duties accordingly, controlling the pharmacy inventory and creating a better business relationship. I was fully responsible for the marketing operations of the business.
In January 2017, I became the co-owner of the Prime Formula Pharmacy in Rowland Heights California. I conducted my duties as the President of the business which required stable moral values. I later became the Chairman and Trustee of the Hanil Foundation still in Rowland Heights. Undertaking these duties was a difficult task which required perseverance and greater work etiquette. I was favoured by my sharp management skills which were integrated with problem-solving, charity and team-leading skills.
Having these businesses to run, I have the urge to dig deeper into the management field and also conflict resolution. This is why I find the University of Southern California the best place to undertake these studies.
