The Company got its fame by constructing the Southern Ontario railroad that is said to have been serving the economy of the country for a long time. The Company is able to incorporate both modern and traditional technologies for its construction. The Company has been rated as the top construction company since it was constructed. The Company is doing all what it can to expand its activities not only in Canada, but also across the globe (Kotler, 3). The Company is using modern technology to reach as many clients as possible. It is concerned with the digital marketing strategies and the modern advertisements to reach as many people as possible. The Company is also using the strategy of constructing quality railroads, which would attract the eyes of many clients all over the world. In addition to that, the Company is using the in using several market analyses models such as SWOT, PESTEL, and the 4Ps.

Analysis

One of the big strategies which Railink Southern Ontario Company is using is the SWOT analysis. Under this strategy, the Company is analyzing the railroad industry based on its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The Company analyzes its strengths like using modern technology, large economies of scale, and the market leaders to counter-attack its competitors. The Company also reviews its weaknesses and tries to improve them whenever necessary. The Company also has a strong team that analyzes the opportunities and threats which exist in certain markets. They also analyze the threats such as the legal concerns, economic crises, and the technological threats before they find some ways of dealing with them. The Company also analyzes the market using the 4Ps, which include the product, place, and the price (Joung, 281). Through this they lower their prices as a way of attracting many clients. The final important dimensions of marketing are the use of PESTEL model. Under the PESTEL model, the Company analyzes the political, economic, technological, legal, and the environmental factors which might affect the Company. With this strategy, the Company is able to observe all the external market changes and easily adapt to them. The Company has the strong research team that ensures that ensures that every change in the market is implemented as soon as it arises. With the application of those strategies, it has been able to win the loyalty of many clients and is currently enjoying the large market share.

The Company is currently targeting going global. The management is working day and night to make sure that the Company has everything needed to enter the large market. Railink Southern Ontario Company is also having the strong management team that is able to handle any clients. They are taking the issue of technology seriously, and they hope that in the next ten years, the Company will be able to meet its long term goals and objectives to reach globally.
