Clean power plan
A clean power plan was developed to reduce the effect of carbon pollution in the environment. The plan was aimed at combating global warming in 2014, according to the report by Fowlie et al. (2014). Although the plan was created in 2014, there have been other interpretations of the original measures over the years.
According to the initial idea which was known as the Obama administration, carbon emissions were to be controlled in order to manage climate changes.
However, the clean power plan was later changed under the administration of Donald Trump, whose legislation announced on ending the program. In most cases, the members of congress act according to the instructions given by the administrator.
The reason members of congress do not write laws that will last is because each government has its own congress members. With each incoming president, there are new members elected from different parts, most of whom follow directives of the head of state.
