One of the specific problems with communication in my organization is the lack of a common language. This is based on the fact that we have people from different nationalities across the globe, with some nations not having English as their official language of communication. This brings about communication problem whereby some of my colleagues find it difficult to respond and communicate effectively.

Yes. The problem represents an example of one of the barriers that the articles from MSG Pandita and Jain highlight, and this is language barrier. The lack of a single language in communication brings about communication breakdown which is attributed to language barrier.

The possible communication strategy here in giving notification about the problem is the use of an internal memo, highlighting the problem.

The best course of action in tackling this problem is encouraging the employees to use written forms of communication such as emails, among other platforms.

The best way to communicate this problem is through the use of text messages and emails to all the employees, and this is in addition to the memo. This is so as to prevent the problem from replicating itself again.
