The researcher uses deductive research approach due to its advantages that help in determining the effects of cloud computing in business, specifically the Amazon. According to Gaur & Kumar (2018), the deductive approach depends on the circumstances such as the limited time available for the research whereby the researcher ensures that the research is designed to meet the specific goal of determining both positive and negative impact of cloud computing in business. Consequently, the deductive approach helps the researcher avoids risks that the researcher encounters during the study. The risks are very costly and can stop the research process or collection of data that are less detailed since to get access to some of the information needs finance and time. Walterbusch, Martens & Teuteberg (2013) suggests that the deductive approach explores a well-known phenomenon to help minimize business risks that a cloud computing can expose an organization into since it applies logical reasoning and then develops the hypothesis of the research. Consequently due to its flexibility deductive approach generates new theories that the researcher applies in the research to make it more extensive and stocked with more information on cloud computing devices. The new theories aim to make the research more extensive in coverage of wide phenomena in cloud computing.
Research design according to Johnston, (2017), the researcher needs to apply the secondary data collection methods since cloud computing is a detailed study that needs extensive research. The researcher explains the advantages of cloud computing over other platforms such as easy accessibility of data by multiple people where real-time data is viewed effectively. The researcher uses the secondary data collection methods as they are more authenticated and provides more accurate information compared to internet blogs that are affected by information exaggerations and omission of important detailed information as the blogger mainly designed what suits the interest of the marketing media. Eriksson& Kovalainen (2015) argues that the qualitative secondary data are cost-effective the information is available in the sources that are already in use. In addition to less cost, the data is more specific and accurate therefore helps in saving time since the information is already analyzed by other researchers. Ghauri, Gronhaug, & Strange (2020) suggest that the secondary data makes the research on cloud computing more efficient with maximum information that gets realized at the end despite the minimal investment in the research.

The researcher needs the interview method as they are open and a willing respondent can elaborate more information concerning the cloud computing technology such as on Microsoft Azure that is not covered in the research question but helpful to the researcher in developing more knowledge concerning the roles of cloud computing in marketing. The information from the different trade interview journals get analyzed and the related responses are grouped to form a more accurate and objective resolution that forms the final finding for the study.

The researcher examines the information from business newspapers that concerning cloud marketing technology to find out the best technology to be used for a business depending on the scope of the business and the effectiveness of the cloud computing tools and compares them with other cloud marketing information gathered in the literature view to help find out the related information that is get merged to form the final solution for the study that helps the researcher in determining the best cloud computing for marketing by an organization depending on the business objectives and the financial input the business needs to meet for the cloud network. The researcher needs to examine the information from the business books on the roles of cloud computing since the books contain detailed information that is thoroughly scrutinized before publication. According to Bell, Bryman& Harley (2018), questionnaires from books helps the researcher in developing a concept on how to formulate questions and the possible findings that cloud computing research needs to entail.

The researcher identifies the relevant information that is not covered in other cloud-computing articles and adds that information to make the final solutions more advanced and accurate.
Projected limitations
- The deductive approach fades with a time that makes it lose its consistency since it is mainly based on the logical theory of reasoning and fails to provide further justification of the premises the approach, therefore, is insufficient since it lacks notions of truth, meaning and reality concerning the cloud computing devices.
