Importance of Prewriting
The habit of prewriting can be beneficial for any writer to deliver entirely composed information that can fit the audience. There is a greater need to put the work into samples to acquire the best ideas for the final prompt. While writing an article or essay, it is essential to understand the topic one is writing and therefore try to put it in the best way possible. The goal of any writer is to ensure that they acquire the attention of the readers through exciting and out of norm means. If the text is attractive, then the reader will understand the message conveyed by the writer hence fulfilling the communication process. The most compelling reason to engage in prewriting business for a writer is the ability to organize thoughts and brainstorm ideas before the presentation to the audience. Prewriting allows one to present their message most excitingly for the reader by sampling different designs in a written form, then taking the most relevant information to the final copy of the text. In the process of brainstorming, there is a high likelihood for the writer to generate essential information from al the thoughts that have been planned, including those that were not part of the former ideology.
As explained above, several benefits come with the ability to engage in the prewriting process but which require much time and dedication (Abdullah, S. N. A., et al., 2018). Patience is a crucial element to ensure that the composition made through the prewriting process goes through successfully. In my case, it took a long while to submit and get engaged in the prewriting process fully. There were prior challenges that I encountered in the process of mastering the content, but with time, it became a habit. Every time I decide to write an article and assignments, I always think of planning first and organizing my ideas. After I engage in writing several samples to interpret my thoughts and at the same time, brainstorm on better ideas and ways to put it. Over the time, I have been successful enough in my writing ways in the sense that I have scored better grades in my assignments and at the same time, I have grown more confident in the field by simply following the procedure. However, there are challenges that I have faced while practising the habit, such as reluctance to follow the process. Every time I issue out papers that have not been prewritten, I fail.
It is unfortunate that despite engaging partially into the prewriting process, there is still a space left to participate in the process as there are more benefits entirely. If one fully involves into the habit of prewriting before the final presentation, there is the least likely for them to experience silly mistakes hence bad grades (Yunus, M. M., et al., 2018). In my case, after structuring the content of interest, it is way more comfortable for me to decide on the best terms to use and at the same time, it is faster to come up with the final piece of the work. If I fully engaged in the prewriting activity, I would have better-organized work which would entail the specific details and the pertinent, relevant information. Therefore, there would be better communication with my readers, thus showing my excellence.
