Information & Technology

Business organizations across the world look for the best options to widen their market globally in a secure manner. Merging information and the internet is vital for these organizations to achieve their expansion; hence the adoption of the cloud system in these organizations is crucial for managing and delivering information safely. According to  Rouse (2020), cloud computing, software as a service ( SaaS), provides allocation for essential technologies, including emails, Billings, customer relations and financial management. Furthermore, cloud computing does not require installment of application but rather directly access it, Saas, online.

Cloud computing benefits to an organization after adoption requires some time for familiarity between the host and the customer as the organization adjust to customer’s needs. However, there are several impacts expected in the organization after the adoption of the cloud, such as modification of product design, intensive cooperation between the IT cooperate department and the sales and finance department. However, organization confidence to invest in cloud computing is discouraged by unpredicted exchanges among load-balancing, and other sensitive mechanisms caused by pools of resources share on the cloud.

The Cloud computing business is growing faster than other technologies because of its low cost.  Rouse (2020) asserts that companies that use cloud computing only need to subscribe to SaaS and make a monthly payment through the pay-as-you-go model instead of purchasing software and another separate hardware to support it. Additionally, Saas provides regular automatic updates and thus helps organizations to save on buying new software regularly. Moreover, SaaS gives customers the option of accessing more or fewer programs through internet aided devices at any time (Jayasimha & Nargundkar 2020). Accessibility of organizations‘ programs and secure interaction with customers makes cloud usage efficient.
