In Sentinel Event Alert #57, which was released in March 1, 2017, the Joint Commission identified that leadership plays an important role in developing a safety culture. For this unit’s discussion, please:

Review Sentinel Event policy and procedures in your facility or published by the Joint Commission. In your discussion response for this week, please address each of the following aspects:
