- Thank you for giving me the chance to submit my Plan of Action. Please find it here to support my appeal of the suspension of my Seller Account.
Reason for the Suspension:
I am _______ owner of a corporation based in Canada. I have an Amazon Business account with Seller Id (___) which is register under (Corporation Name). I got the Suspension letter from Amazon on (Date) with the reason “My account is related to the different selling account”. I firmly believe that my Amazon Business Account has deactivated in Error.
Supporting Documents :
I believe that my Amazon Business account is not related to any other account because my Company has started our business on Amazon for the First time. I have not any history with the Amazon. Here I can provide the Supporting Documents.
- Evidence 1 (Bank Statements):
My Company is Registered Bank Account (—) on Amazon. I am attaching all the Bank Statements and transaction history. Our Business Address, Bank account, Name, Transaction history all we had used in our Amazon account registration process is Unique. It has never been used for any other account because these details solely belong to my Company. We Strickly dont allow unauthorized use of information.
- Evidence 2 (Invoices):
I am attaching all the invoices, on the name of the Company as Supporting Document as required by Amazon.
- Evidence 3 (Business License):
As a Supporting Document, I am also providing the Business License of the Company which proves we have the proper authentication for doing business, and we have never used our business name for any other related account.
- Evidence 4 ( Trademark Authorization Letter):
I had listed our product (ASIN) on our AccountAccount, which is under the Trade Mark (Trade Mark Name) that was approved by the Amazon. I have the Trade Mark Authorization letter in which my A WORK OF MIND INC, with the business address mentioned, has the authorization to sell the products under the trademark (Trademark name).
- Evidence 5 ( Listing Approval):
I received an Email on (Date) from Amazon Seller Support which Confirmed to create the product listings under the Trademark (Name).
- Evidence 6 (Earlier Error):
When we registered for the Amazon seller account, we had an issue submitting the documents and information. We did make sure that all the info inserted correctly and still, the system kept showing that there is a mismatch in the submitted documents and information. It kept going until they shut us down and did not let to re-submit anymore. At that point, I was also confident that there is an error In the system and I have done everything correctly, so I contacted with Seller Performance team then they approved my Account ( Attach Screenshot)
- Evidence 7 ( Unique IP Address):
My Amazon account is registered on the unique IP a (Attach the Internet Bill on your name/address)
- Evidence 8 (Mobile Number):
= (Provide the Mobile Bill if possible)
- Evidence 9 ( Passport / ID / Driving License):
I am proving all the personal details if they can give any support regarding our business account authenticity.
- Evidence 10 ( Product Images with Authorize Trademark):
I have the product images, with the authorized trademark which we had already provided to the Seller Performance Team.
- Evidence 11 (Email):
The Email, we have used for the Account registration, has never been used on Amazon seller account platform and belongs to the A WORK OF MIND INC Corporation.
Why should your Account be reinstated?
Please note, this is our first time signing up Seller Central Account, and we assure you that we have complied with Amazon’s selling policies and have gone through Amazon’s Terms of Services also. As per my knowledge, we are in full compliance with Amazon’s selling policies. It’s my humble request that my Business Account Should be Reinstate as our Company is fully following the Amazon Policies.
We have a Long term business plan with Amazon. We strictly followed the amazon Seller Identity Verification (SIV) policy guideline (https://services.amazon.com.sg/resources/siv.html) throughout the Account creation process. We have developed every step to make sure that we should fully comply with the Amazon Terms and Policies. We are also fully aware and acknowledged the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/external/G1791?language=en_US). A WORK OF MIND INC will always comply with the Amazon Business policies and Agreements.
How do you intend to avoid relationships with risky selles:
Since we are the corporation which fully acknowledged the amazon policies, we will do the following to avoid the Risky Seller:
- We will never share our business details with unauthorized users.
- We will use only a single IP Adress to log in to make sure that Only authorize users to access the main AccountAccount.
- We will do the Brand Registry with the Amazon to ensure our only authenticity.
- We will strictly follow the Amazon Business Agreement, which makes sure the safety of the Amazon seller and Buyer.
A request for a re-review of your AccountAccount and why it should be accepted?
We are the Separate Corporation, and we have a Complete Business Licence, Bank Statements, IP, Utilities, and invoices. We have nothing to have anything related to another account. Since our Account had already get Error during the registration process, The Seller Performance Team had helped to resolve the matter. I am sure this time your team will review my case and help me to get the AccountAccount Reactivate.
