Punctuality, as a professional worker, I should ensure I report to work in time always, and I should minimize absenteeism as possible as well as ensuring that I am at work until the closing time. As a student still ensure I attend my lecture classes in time.
Communication, the professional worker, will always communicate in time in case of their absentee seem in the workplace. Either they are not feeling well, and they will inform their managers in good time to avoid the inconveniences that may be caused. In their communication, they ensure they provide varied reasons as well.
Participation in the workplace. The competent worker will always participate and encourage teamwork in the organization. A good worker will exhibit some leadership qualities that will help him to have control of the working group. Be in a position to encourage others to achieve organizational goals. He is the one willing also to help others to make what they are targeting as a whole organization.
Respect: a professional worker maintains high esteem in the workplace towards other staff and clients. He ensures that in every activity, he does he do them with respect and respects their work. He will also earn respect from the other staff because of his support to others and will always be at peace with others since they hold their dignity. Connection creates a picture that one understands what is expected of them and how they should react in every situation.
Diversity awareness. It involves one’s acceptance of diversity in the workplace. In the workplace, people are diverse since people may have different cultures, beliefs, ideology, or even have a different perception. Therefore one should appreciate this diversity and the different opinions that may be provided. It’s achieved by appreciating that even other people are better even than you and it will be easy to accommodate everyone. Diversity helps the organization to develop an organization culture and promotes high respect in the organization.
Initiative and reliability: being initiative of taking the right action even when not asked to do so or even being supervised to do so. A person he delivers his job in time and it’s of high quality. He is a person who can plan for himself on the way he should execute his work properly. This person still is in a position to demonstrate initiative, reliability, and dependability. A flexible person who can be easily relied upon by the organization in any circumstances since they can adapt very first to changes.
Responsiveness to feedbacks. They are intrinsic motivate to work where they demonstrate the evidence of motivation through motivation to improve their performance. Professional workers are determined to ensure they produce the best results ever. They always consider the feedback given to them by their clients or their bosses on the areas they should improve. They are always ready to take the right initiative upon any complain from the client on the issues to do with the services and the products they offer and ready to improve to satisfy their customers.
