Great post! After going through your post, I have identified that there is a lot of research that has been done on issues concerning nutrition and the use of MyPlate guidelines. It is clear that you will understand the information presented in the instructions. Your summary of the better part of using MyPlate over the nutrition pyramid helps in developing a mentality that everything covered in the MyPlate guideline is applicable. However, I would like to clarify that the nutrition pyramid is still applied in different situations but not as much as they were used before the generation of the MyPlate guidelines. In this, the guidelines didn’t replace the pyramid.
From the question, one was supposed to explain whether the guideline would apply to the society he or she comes from and why. On analyzing your post, this part has not been discussed, and work would be more applicable if you could have addressed the issue. This would help in determining ways that could be implemented with the aim of improving nutrition in local areas.

Health researchers are always analyzing how nutrition can be boosted among all following the fact that technology is affecting people’s mode of food consumption. MyPlate guidelines indeed help in the improvement of eating habits. In your post, you have indicated agriculture as the primary source of food that the guideline advocate for. However, following the trending activities, it is clear that most of the people prefer consuming industrially manufactured food as compared to ones from the field direct. It would be more effective if you could provide a little information on how MyPlate is addressing this issue.
It is true that some cultures limit the possibilities of implementing MyPlate instructions. However, it is an initiative for us as health officials to educate the community on the advantages of eating a balanced diet. This will help in improving nutrition as well as boosting health among individuals. The community will copy what their educated sons and daughters do for improved healthcare.
